Delete your Mealeaf account

You can delete your Mealeaf account, and all the data linked to it, at any time. Mealeaf is provided by Blyno LLC.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Mealeaf and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, type the confirmation word, and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email skiappinc@gmail.com from the email address of your Mealeaf account, with the subject "Delete my Mealeaf account". We will confirm that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password) and profile (display name).
- Your food preferences, allergies and targets.
- Saved recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, pantry items, cooked marks, ratings and notes.
- Chef usage counts, the record of Chef actions, and any Chef feedback or reports you sent.
- Your subscription record with our subscription provider (RevenueCat).
What may be kept
- Encrypted database backups held by our hosting provider, which are erased automatically within about 30 days.
- Analytics, crash and advertising data held by Google, which is not linked to your name or email and is kept under Google's retention policies.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google, under their own policies and legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Mealeaf Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.
