From "where do I start?" to your daily routine in 3 steps

Set up takes about a minute. You can change everything later.

1

Choose where you are

Planning, pregnant, preparing for birth, postpartum or tracking a baby. Pick one or several. Switching never deletes anything.

2

Add the basics

Your due date or your baby's birthday, and the units you prefer. Nothing medical is required.

3

Use what fits today

Home shows the tools for your stage first. Everything else is one tap away in Track.

Why Pregnancy Tracker?

Pregnancy and new parenthood come with a lot to remember and a lot to worry about. The app keeps it simple, private and kind.

01

Made for your stage

Home and Track adapt to planning, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum and baby care, so you only see what is useful now.

02

Private by design

Your entries are stored on your phone first. Cloud backup is optional, and notifications are discreet by default.

03

Honest about health

The app records what you enter. It never diagnoses, never sets "normal" ranges and never reassures. Warning signs are one tap away.

04

Gentle every day

An optional daily note, story and movement idea, at the times you choose, with quiet hours that you control.
