This policy explains what information the Pregnancy Tracker & Baby App mobile app ("the app") collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The app is provided by Blyno LLC, a New Mexico (USA) limited liability company ("we", "us"). If you have a question, write to skiappinc@gmail.com.
The short version
- Your entries (kicks, contractions, symptoms, mood, journal, baby logs and more) are saved on your phone first. They are copied to our cloud database only if you create an account.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health entries for advertising.
- Ads are shown by Google AdMob to free users, never on safety, symptom, body-data, account, payment or onboarding screens. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first. Pregnancy Tracker Pro removes ads.
- Anonymous usage analytics and push messages are off until you say yes, and you can switch them off in Profile.
- You can export your data, delete it from your phone, or delete your account from inside the app at any time.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account (optional): your email address and password (the password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Profile and settings: your display name, life stage(s), estimated due date, baby profiles (name, birth date), units, language and notification choices.
- Entries you create: kick sessions, contraction times and notes, symptom diary entries, daily tracker taps, mood check-ins and notes, journal entries, weight entries, feeding, sleep, diaper, pumping, growth and milestone logs, checklist progress, reminders, favourite names, saved articles and stories, and reports you generate. Also, if you use those tools: period dates, symptoms and mood you tick on the Period tab, medicines and supplements you type with reminder times and your ticks, baby check-ups and vaccines you type, foods you introduced and any reaction you note, and your birth preferences and contacts.
- Photos (Memories): photos you add and their captions are stored on your device and are not uploaded.
- Family sharing: if you use it, the baby profile and logs you choose to share, and the email or invite code of the person you invite.
- Support emails you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), only if you allow it: which screens and features are used, for example "tool opened", with device type, operating system, app version, approximate country and an app-instance identifier. Analytics events never include what you type, your entries, search words or any health details, and are not collected on safety, symptom or account screens.
- Push messages (Firebase Cloud Messaging), only if you opt in to "Tips and updates": a push token so we can send occasional announcements. Reminders and daily notifications are scheduled on your phone and do not use our servers.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob) for free users: see section 4.
- Purchases: if you subscribe to Pregnancy Tracker Pro, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We receive the subscription status (product, start, renewal and expiry) through RevenueCat. We never receive your card details.
Stored only on your device
Your entries before you create an account, photos, saved items, notification settings and the short-lived unlocks you get from watching a reward video are kept on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or delete your data in Profile. Period dates, symptoms and mood, medicines and supplements, baby check-ups, foods introduced, birth preferences and the pause setting stay only on your device and are not uploaded, even if you create an account. They are included when you export your data.
2. How we use it
- To provide the app: your tools, reminders and, if you have an account, backup and sync across your devices.
- To show you the tools and general information that match your life stage.
- To provide Pregnancy Tracker Pro and check your subscription.
- To show ads to free users and measure them.
- To understand how the app is used, fix bugs and improve features (only with your permission for analytics).
- To answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (providing the app and Pro), your explicit consent (health-related entries that are synced to the cloud, personalised ads where required, notifications, analytics), and our legitimate interests (security, fixing problems), which you can object to.
3. Health and pregnancy information
Entries about your pregnancy, symptoms, mood and your baby are sensitive. We treat them that way:
- They are saved on your phone first. They leave your phone only if you create an account and sync, or use family sharing.
- We do not sell them, we do not use them to target ads, and we do not send them to advertising or analytics services.
- We do not use them to build a profile of you or to make decisions about you.
- Notifications are discreet by default. The text on your lock screen is generic and never mentions pregnancy, your baby, a medicine or your health. Medicine and appointment reminders are scheduled on your phone and use the same generic text.
- We do not use artificial intelligence on your entries.
In some places the law gives extra rights over consumer health data, including the right to access it, delete it and withdraw consent. You can use all of these through the app or by writing to us (section 7).
4. Advertising
Free users see ads from Google AdMob, including an optional short rewarded video that opens an everyday tool for one visit. Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and information about your device and ad interactions to show, limit and measure ads and, where permitted, to personalise them. We do not give AdMob your entries.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever the law requires it, the app shows Google's consent form before personalised ads. You can change your choice in Profile → Ad privacy choices.
- On iPhone, the app asks for permission to track before using your advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency).
- Ads never appear on safety, symptom, body-data, account, payment or onboarding screens.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Pregnancy Tracker Pro removes all ads.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us, and when the law requires it.
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) | Sign-in and your optional cloud backup |
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging) | Anonymous usage analytics and push messages, only if you allow them |
| Google AdMob | Ads for free users |
| RevenueCat | Managing Pregnancy Tracker Pro subscriptions |
| Apple App Store, Google Play | Payments, downloads, subscription management |
Under some US state laws, letting Google use advertising data to personalise ads may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out through the consent and tracking settings described in section 4, or by subscribing to Pro. If Blyno LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal, under this policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Entries on your phone: until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- Account and cloud backup: for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your cloud data is deleted from our live database.
- Copies held by our providers in their own backups, if any, are removed on the provider's normal schedule.
- Analytics, advertising and subscription records are kept by those providers under their retention settings and policies, and are not linked to your name.
- Support emails: as long as needed to help you, and then deleted.
7. Your choices and rights
- See and change your profile and entries in the app at any time, and export a copy with Profile → Export my data.
- Turn analytics off (Profile → Help improve the app), turn push messages off (Profile → Tips and updates), change ad consent (Profile → Ad privacy choices), and turn notifications on or off in the app or in your device settings.
- Delete data on your device, or delete your account and cloud data (section 8).
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK, or US states such as California and Washington), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email skiappinc@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Account and cloud sync → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the data we hold in the cloud. Entries stored only on your phone are removed with Profile → Delete data on this device. If you cannot use the app, see Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store first.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Baby profiles are created by parents and carers and describe the baby, not a user of the app.
10. Not medical advice
The app records what you enter and provides general information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not tell you whether a symptom or measurement is normal. Always follow the advice of your clinician. If you think you or your baby may be in danger, call your local emergency number.
11. Security and international transfers
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your cloud data is limited to your own account by security rules on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the app changes how it uses data, and change the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app.
